I would die to stay in a riad!

Riads, stemming from the Arabic word for garden, are dwellings found mostly in Morocco. They are inward focused structures, so while they may look plain on the outside, they are beautiful and peaceful on the inside. A paradise fit for the gods.

 I'm falling in love with the Moroccan culture. I love its elegant warmth and rich detailing.

I also love those moroccan lanterns - how they cast the light: dying!

It's almost gut-wrenching to see that such beautiful places exist. I can only hope that I'll get to experience them one day. Morocco is wedging itself into my top 5 Dream Destinations List

So I've been afk for a little while, but now I'm back and with time to spare... again.

I just got back from Toronto and while I wasn't there for pleasure or for very long, I still got a chance to walk all around the city, and I got to say, TO - pretty nice city.

So I thought I would share some of the few pictures I took on my lengthy stroll.
